A woman cannot thrive, when her inner world is untended. When her body is un-inhabited. When her cup remains un-filled. When her soul stays un-heard.
A woman is an ecology, and this ecology needs nurturance.
It’s the primary work. To nurture yourself. To tend to your body, psyche, nervous system and life force energy. To the internal environment you live inside of every single day.
That’s where you restore your sense of self, aliveness, power, and radiance.
